Popped in today as the tray under my engine had come loose. I called and dropped it in and they sorted the problem and put air in one of my tyres no fuss and free if charge. Great customer service at Oakdale Road, Carlton. Thankyou

I visited the carlton store today, and a very friendly chap called dan looked after me. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, and he did it on time, very quickly and then thoroughly explained what he had done to correct the problem. He was very attentive, cared about my expectations, and at the end of getting my keys back, he had sorted my radio out in seconds, and it had made my day. I really apprwciated his professionalism, and taking the time to listen to me before answering any questions. Very pleased, left in a really good mood.

Lindley’s Carlton delivered outstanding service for me. After receiving various diagnosis about my car from different people they got to the bottom of the issues with my car writing a very thorough and detailed report for me to hand to my car finance and dealership. They got me in very quickly as I needed to get it done before hitting 6 months with my warranty and after going back and forth for a month they were really helpful. They supported me with what to say to my car finance company and I’m very grateful for their professionalism and efficiency. Once I’ve resolved with this car and got a new car I will definitely be using them for their free health check and going to them for future services/ MOTs
