All of the staff and Lindleys in West Bridgford are fantastic, they are so helpful and polite. We have used them for a few years and always feel like we have clear information to help us make decisions about what we need to do on our car. When things have been near the point that they need to be done they have brought the car back for a free inspection at a later date rather than having to do it at that point.

We would like to thank James for his excellent customer service. James explained what was required for the car. Ordered the parts straight away and confirmed a booking to suit us for our car repairs. Stayed in contact with us during the repair process and advised on needed replacements. Thank you James. Our car is running and performing much better.

I had a need for a quick air con gas refill today before I travel tomorrow and another supplier had let me down at short notice. Lindleys West Bridgford stepped in and within an hour and a half had me sorted and gas re-filled. All of the staff were amazing and you could tell they enjoyed working there, which is usually a good sign of a business. The lady that really shone was Emma who got me booked in and was an absolute star throughout the whole thing. A great team at West Bridgford and always nice to be treated so well. Thank you again heroes, I'll be back soon, not too soon hopefully but thanks again for a great experience.

First time getting my car serviced and MOT’d at Lindleys West Bridgford and I will definitely be going back. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. Was kept up to date with progress and everything was clearly explained. Thorough report of work carried out was emailed over to me once complete. Excellent customer service from James and great value for money.

Came in for an emergency repair and received an extremely calm, attentive and responsive service that made me very likely to come back.
The MOT and repairs included photos and descriptions which are very helpful for recording keeping of the vehicles service history.
When I returned with another concern the garage took my car in that day and returned it fixed the following day even without a booking.
