Brilliant service. Friendly guys. Sometimes as a woman you can feel intimidated going in to a garage. This was definitely not the case here. All of the staff had a smile and were very polite. Tyres were done and dusted in record time! Highly recommend! Thank you all :)

In choosing Lindleys Garage in Arnold, i found members of staff to being very helpful and freindly, very professional, knowledgable and super transparent in listening to my car issues of recent driving experience. I found a polite and customer freindly way in which Justine listened with care to my problem and with complete focus with complete attention to detail it was extremely professional and reassuring. So I was even more impressed after receiving an immediate ping on my phone to reveal a text sent from Justine with all my booking in details times and car issues on a confirmation text that was being typed out whilst we were speaking!

After I had my car repaired and upon collection I found the same professional attitude towards me and my vehicles problems. I found that in Adam a very, very thorough vehicle mechanic, who walked me through everything on which he had found and repaired, which matched up with the pictures sent via text to me showing the repair of the items needed to be fixed under neath of my car. Again this was sent from Justine. I couldnt help being impresed by the team work and transparity on show and was totally reassured by this good attitude of good old fashioned honest appraisal and total customer care and by not having to be fobbed off by total jibba jabba! This was truly reassuring towards the level of care being shown and to my mind and satisfaction, that my car was always in good Professional hands from a totally, knowledgeable experienced and committed members of staff!
My car felt much improved and completely fixed when I drove away from the garage, perfect result!
Well done to all at Lindleys Arnold you will definately be my go to Garage in future!

I arrived in the area late evening with a tyre pressure warning with a rapidly failing tyre and was in urgent need to get it replaced. Having phoned up the next morning, I got an appointment within 2 hours. Arrived and had fast, efficient, courteous service. Reset the TPMS warning for me too. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience both times we’ve been there. It can be really intimidating calling up a garage as a woman and they are always super friendly and helpful. Have gone out of their way both times to help us out and their customer service is second to none, will now only use Lindleys. Would 100% recommend.
