Went into DCM Shaftesbury 05/06/26 today to get my tracking sorted out as my other garage couldn't sort for some reason . I was immediately welcome by a wonderful lady who couldn't be nicer and more helpful and said if I waited they would sort it for me within an hour or so. They offered me coffee ☕️ and I sat and waited within half an hour or so they came and collected my car 🚗 they had a hell of a job as i watched 👀 through the glass window in the waiting room you could literally see the steam coming from them as they struggled but eventually it was done . For all this I only payed £80 it was an absolute 💯 bargain I also received a full printout of my tracking. I would like to say thank you so much guys for everything you did today for my car ( BMW 535 GT ) .I would highly recommend this company to anybody who wants fantastic service with a smile and a great price. I wll be back !!!

Unbelievable service from the crew at DCM, outstanding customer service from them. Thanks to Amy and John at reception for fitting our tyres. We were on our way to Moores Valley and hit a potholes and needed the tyre changed. They were amazing managing to fit us in without question. Thanks so much for your service. Just had MoT , easy to book and friendly staff. I decided to use them after I needed a top up of coolant literally at their closing time … it was no issue and they did and charged very reasonably. I plan to go back for all our MoTs and local servicing

Absolutely top class service all around ! Great service from the reception girls. DCM fit me in quickly, as I run my own business and need my van running all the time, DCM got the job done and solved my problem efficiently and quickly. Great waiting room. I would highly recommend.
