Im very lucky to have a family member who maintains my car but a while back I needed to have something looked at urgently. After a rather unpleasant visit to Halfords I contacted Mr Unique and I can't praise them highly enough for their very approachable and helpful service. They were very honest about the issue I had and my range of options. Because of this I returned last week to have a flat tyre dealt with and I was delighted to find that my initial experience with them was not a one off. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and for anyone out there like me, who can also find these things quite intimidating, this is definitely the place to go.

Fabulous service - returning customer, I rang on the off chance to get my air con gas topped up. Fitted me in within the hour, all done within an hour and a half. On another occasion my battery died and Mr Unique were able to source a new battery for me, fit me in with 30 minutes and fit a new battery straight away🙏🏻 They are always super friendly and provide great a professional service. Highly recommended!

Once again I find myself completely surprised with the service and ease in booking my car In for a major problem that I was experiencing. Steve was so helpful and very informative on what was needed to rectify the issue. This is why I have been a loyal customer for many year. I feel valued and am treated so well. Fantastic experience with Citroen at Mr Unique! Ian and Tim were extremely helpful and gave fantastic customer service. Tim was upfront about how much repairs could potentially cost if it was a worst case scenario but lucky it wasn't! The work was done quickly and my car feels like new again.
